Move In Information

Your move-in date is printed clearly on the front page of your lease. We have many units to prepare for move in during the middle of May, June, and August so moving in early is usually not an option. However, it can’t hurt to ask.

Yes, the houses or apartments are furnished with couches, chairs, center/end tables, dining room table/chairs, desks, desk chairs, and dressers.  We can provide a bed set (mattress, boxspring, and frame) for a one-time rental fee of $150.

The tenant is responsible for placing all utilities in their name to begin at the start of the lease.  To set up gas and electric please call Rochester Gas & Electric at 1-800-743-2110.

Garbage and recycling bins are provided at each unit and should be placed on the curb the night before pick up.  They need to be brought back up to the house within 24 hours of pick up.

Garbage and recycling collection for our City of Rochester properties is every Friday.  Garbage and recycling collection for our Town of Henrietta and Chili properties is Monday and Tuesday, respectively.
